About Josh
Dr. Schwarz earned his M.S. and Ph.D. at Cornell University with concentrations in Human Resources, Labor Relations and Labor Economics. In his 30 year career as a Professor at Miami University and the University of Minnesota, Dr. Schwarz has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Capital Analytics, Human Resource Management, Negotiations and Conflict Management, Employment Law and Research Methods in Industrial Relations.
About Rebecca
Dr. Luzadis earned her MS and PhD at Cornell University, becoming an expert in employee benefits, particularly public and private pensions and health insurance systems. Over her 30 year career she developed and taught courses in Change Management, Cross Cultural Management, Business Ethics, Employee Benefits and Human Resource Management.
About Ilana
Dr. Ilana Mittman is a social scientist focused on diversity and inclusion, community engagement, workforce diversity, health equity, bias in healthcare and genomic medicine. She held faculty appointments at Howard University College of Medicine, University of Maryland in Baltimore, and the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
